Career-Wise

Dear Editor,

It is very difficult for me to pick what I want to be in the future. Everyone seems to have picked what they have wanted to be My parents say I have to go to college and pick a career.  I desire to do that, but I have no interest in anything.  Nothing catches my eyes.  I also don’t want to do anything at the moment.  I want to have a lot of money, but I can’t if I don’t have a desired job to do.  Another concern of mine would be if Hurricane Dorian comes and steals my time to see my men, I will hit the air and smack the water.  If Hurricane Dorian decides to become a fat rat and I miss my opportunity, I will become angry.  I also am worried that if my main men come, I wont have money to see them and I will yell. I want to see my main man more than anyone else. I want to touch their hands but I’m afraid I will faint if I see them, so I’m indecisive on what to do.

Advice by Yoselyn Bodes:

Dear Unknown,

When reading the letter, it is seen how much you struggle in picking a career choice you want to pursue.  My parents don’t care about what I do with career-wise, so I don’t really worry.  I would suggest maybe getting up and exploring different fields, as well as being motivated to learn more things.  When you wrote about about your “men”, I don’t know what man you are talking about, but he seems important to you.  So, I hope Dorian doesn’t affect your chances of seeing them/that person. I would also recommend saving up money in order to see the most important man in your life.
